Traditional recruitment methods always end up with the same results: less diverse teams, less creative, less innovative and therefore less profitable for companies

Our priority is to attract talent that fosters diversity in the workplace, stimulating innovation and achieving the best results in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) environment.

AI methodology free of gender bias

We are currently testing our R+D+i project in collaboration with CIDAI (Centre for Innovation in Data Technology and Artificial Intelligence) using Artificial Intelligence to eliminate gender bias in our recruitment methods.

We base our processes and interviews on competencies, with the aim of avoiding any unconscious gender bias.
